Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes, duties and freight. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation, purchase order or invoice. Late payments may attract interest as per the agreed terms or as permitted by law.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on vendor lead times and logistics. Risk in goods passes on delivery; title passes on full payment. Installation, training and AMC arrangements, where applicable, are governed by the specific terms of the relevant order.

Equipment is supplied with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty as specified at the time of quotation. Returns are accepted only for genuine defects reported within the agreed warranty period and are subject to OEM and our written approval.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, product images and software — is the property of SHRII JI MEDIPHARMA AND DEVICES LLP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or republish any content without our prior written consent.
